Meditation the most essential tool for optimal performance, overall mindfulness and increasing life satisfaction so that you reach your fullest potential day to day, month to month, year to year. Additionally, meditation has anti aging properties at the cellular level…your cells get YOUNGER with a regular meditation practice. Imagine how you’d feel without the veils of tension and distraction in your way!

I can offer you guided meditations specific to your current needs or show you multiple techniques so you can find your favorite to employ on your own as needed.

Everybody loves this!

You’ll recline on a yoga mat wearing stretchy comfortable clothing while I use percussive therapy, active release technique and assisted stretching to open your tight muscle/fascia and release knots.

After an assisted stretch therapy session, you’ll physically feel as if you’ve had a deep yoga practice… muscle tension will have diminished, you’ll have increased range of motion and musculoskeletal pain will be lessened or released entirely.

nutrition coaching

Only for the truly committed! Warning: we need to get out of our comfort zone to create true and sustainable change. If you want help to get rid of fat forever, and are ready to make significant changes in your patterns, I want you as a client.

No one goes hungry, you’ll be eating at least five meals a day consisting of nutrient dense whole foods

You need to forget about everything you’ve tried before if your efforts haven’t been successful

― Once a week you will have one Enrichment Meal consisting of anything you want.

FAQ’s

  • Every session is different to meet your specific goals, but every session is fun and will probably be the quickest hour of your day! Generally speaking, I like to include a brief warm up, some functional movement exercises, some resistance training, possibly plyometrics, a cool down, and end with assisted stretching and percussive therapy.

  • Each session is part of a system to help you create lasting nutrition change to help you meet your health goals. First, I learn about your patterns of eating and create an Elite Eating Guide that we review and edit together. Subsequent weekly nutrition coaching meeting are about the 3 S’s: Successes (what worked fabulously) , Struggles (what was challenging) and Strategies (we make a plan for addressing future challenges). Over time, new habits are formed and unhealthy eating becomes a distant memory,

  • I introduce clients to a variety of meditation methods so they can form their own mediation habit. If you struggle with meditation, forget all your preconceived notions about the practice and book a session. Meditation is an important key to building a life you love.

  • Simply put, my clients tell me its pure heaven! I get a thorough understanding of what is troubling you, I may have you move a bit, replicate sports movement (ie a golf swing if you’re a golfer), watch you walk, etc. Then you recline on a yoga mat wearing comfortable clothing and I I use percussive therapy, active release technique and assisted stretching to open your tight muscle/fascia and release knots.
