I’ve been a fan of the Eat-Clean Diet series for years.  These books are authored by the lovely Tosca Reno, a former 200 pound depressed housewife turned fitness cover model of Oxygen Magazine and New York Times bestselling author.  Inspiring, right?

I’m really excited about the latest addition to the series, The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook.   This cookbook is for anyone who wants to add more plant based foods into their diet, not just for vegetarians.  The recipes are cleverly simple and quick and superbly tasty.  My favorites are Hawaiian Curry with Sweet Potatoes and Bananas, Green Pea Risotto with Fresh Pea Shoots, and Root Vegetable and Tempeh Shepard’s Pie.  I recently had the honor of guest blogging for Tosca, check it out here.
